RE:  NOMINATION FOR THE OFFICE OF VICE-PRESIDENT FOR 2027-29

By-Law XII.A.(4) of the NLTA By-Laws requires that, in the case of nominations for the office of NLTA President or Vice-President, the name of each nominee shall be released within two weeks of the receipt of the nomination.

On behalf of the NLTA Electoral Committee and in accordance with By-Law XII, I hereby release the name of the following NLTA member in good standing who has presented nomination papers, in accordance with By-Law XII.A.(1), for the position of Vice-President for the 2027-29 term of office.

Position of Vice-President

Angela Dawe, St. John’s (member of the St. John’s Centre Branch).

Any further nominations for this office will be received up until November 18, 2026. Voting shall be by all active members of the Association (i.e. province-wide vote). Any additional nominations received will be released within two weeks of receipt of the nomination.
