MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING RE EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The parties agree that available sick leave can be utilized by teachers enroled in the Employee Assistance Program for involvement in counselling for any of the reasons which the teacher became enroled in the program.
The details of the hiring of the Employee Assistance Program Coordinator will be the responsibility of the EAP Coordinating Committee established between the parties. The office location for the Coordinator will be that of the NLTA. The administrative costs referenced in Clause 55.02 will include travel expenses related to the program, telephone, postage, and office supplies.
