NLTA President and Vice-President Elected By Acclamation

St. John’s, NL…  Dean Ingram has been declared elected as the NLTA President for 2019-21 by acclamation.  He begins his second two-year term of office on August 1, 2019. Mr. Ingram is on leave from his position as a biology/science teacher with CDLI.

Trent Langdon has been declared elected as the NLTA Vice-President for 2019-21 by acclamation. He begins his second two-year term of office on August 1, 2019. Mr. Langdon is a Guidance Counsellor at St. Peter’s Junior High in Mount Pearl.

The positions of NLTA President and Vice-President have been elected by province-wide vote among the NLTA membership since 2003. The remaining members of the 2019-21 Provincial Executive Council will be elected by the delegates to the NLTA Biennial General Meeting to be held April 23-26, 2019 in St. John’s.
