Please complete the member profile form below if you have not yet received your NLTA user name and password. NOTE: (Please allow up to two to three weeks' waiting period before you receive your username and password).

Your Association requires the following information for our NLTA database, to provide you with access to the Members Only section of the NLTA website. This will be used for internal purposes only to allow your Association to provide the best possible professional services to teachers and to communicate directly to its members. Be assured that all information will be held in the strictest confidence.

Once you receive your NLTA user name and password you can request an NLTA membership card by logging in to your account and clicking on "My Personal Info".
