Don has responsibility for the overall coordination and direction of the Benefits and Economic Services Division. He is the Association's Chief Negotiator during Provincial Negotiations and is liaison with the Department of Education, CAPTO and the other unions throughout the Province. With other BES staff he is also responsible for interpretation and administration of the collective agreements, grievances, arbitrations and legal issues.
