Question 2
In the last round of bargaining, the NLTA successfully negotiated the formation of a joint NLTA/Department of Education Committee to review and make recommendations on the resourcing of Inclusive Education. This committee failed to produce a report and the NLTA has referred the issue to arbitration, citing “bad faith.” In your opinion, what should the NLTA do to further advocate for greater resources for Inclusive Education?
